Why come to counselling?

Sometimes you may be feeling sad, battling with depression or feeling the weight of anxiety. You may be dealing with relationship issues, separation, trauma or you may not know why you feel unhappy, and need help to move forward in a safe space.

You may want a chance to explore and work on yourself, in a non-judgmental environment, or you may want to talk about difficult issues with someone you feel comfortable talking to.
